From the Manufacturer
Hunting isn't their hobby. It's their calling. It's all they were made to do. In sixty years, they've never lost focus. They've never followed anything but their instincts. They've never let up. They still live for the chase, pursuing innovation from dusk to dawn. They're in the fields, the blinds and the stands, long after the fair-weather crowd heads inside. They do all of this to build incredible hunting boots, because at Irish Setter, the hunt never ends.

By Russell C. Larsen
Great boot. I use them for primarily work. On cement floors all day. Warmth is great. I even have hiked in the winter and winter camped in these. Just hold up something great!! Im a heavy equipment mechanic. These boots have solved my knee and feet problem. Pay me now or pay me later when it comes to your feet. Sizing is a little bigger. But then again i got mine at a outdoor store where i could try on!!

By Verle
I have put about 15-20 miles on the boots already, but they seemed to work well the first time out. The sole is structurally sound, and the uppers supportive. I am confident to hike over rough, rocky terrain with these boots. They looked especially good after applying Danner's Boot Dressing suitable for gortex lined boots. The uppers are a little stiff if laced tight; which is good for steep downhill to keep your toes out of the end. However, on flat ground I have installed 2 sets of shorter laces. The first set for the first five holes (like a low hiking boot), and the second lace for the upper four holes ...tied looser so I don;t spend so much energy flexing the uppers all day long.
