WELL NOT ME UNTILL I TOOK A CHANCE ON ORDERING THESE BOOTS. A FUNKY YET CLASSIC TAKE ON A LOW CUT BOOT. I'M A BIG BELIEVER IN BEING ABLE TO MULTI-USE FOOTWEAR FOR BOTH FORMAL AND CASUAL OCCASIONS, AND THESE BOOTS FIT THE BILL. BLACK AND DARK BROWN INSERTS,HIP URBAN CUT OUTS ON THE WOODEN HEEL AND AN ODD RAISED PATTERN ON THE SOLES ARE REALLY DISTINCTIVE! These boots are incredible. I usually wear a 10.5, but I wear a 9.5 in these boots. Fit like a glove and great for walking. They go with everything and are very well-made. And that's not a bad price for great-looking comfortable boots that will be great for Chicago weather.

I was looking for a modern, stylish boot and was pleasantly surprised to find this boot by Caterpillar. It is modestly priced and is of great quality. One point to keep in mind is that Caterpillar sizing seems to run big, I went to a local Sears to try on a Caterpillar work boot to determine the appropriate size. With that said, where I am normally a size 10.5-11, for Caterpillar I was a size 9.5. Be aware of this characteristic when ordering these great boots.
